This website was initiated only a year ago, for one purpose and only one purpose, to look at the current reality in the US-Middle East conflicts from a different and critical perspective, not to simply rehash the pro-US/Israel perspective, smoke and mirrors that has been allowed to utterly and completely dominate Mainstream American discourse.
We conclude that even with the distance between the Middle East and the US and the obvious lack of any US interest towards justice for Palestine or Peace in the Middle East by the USG, if any change comes it will come only from America. No doubt about that. Focus on removing any form of financial, military and diplomatic support for Zionist Israel should be our obvious aim.
But how do we change the subservient attitudes of 70% obviously compromised US Congress?
We feel that the best way to combat the absurd attitudes of elected representatives is to relentlessly educate the public about the massively aggressive behavior of Israel, the powerful influence of its Lobby around the world and the cost to the interests of those nations supporting Israeli aggression. Only when there is an electoral implication will representatives change their tune.
Australia and Canada are also experiencing similar undue influence right now, the recent vote against Palestine’s membership at the UN being a glaring example.
George W. Bush said it all when he said,"If you ain't with us, you are with the terrorists."
“We wage war by deceit. Anyone who opposes the US/Israeli Imperial Alliance and does not join the Willing Coalition is discredited, demonized and demolished by fraud, falsehood and fear, all at the hands of the US/Israeli Disinformation Industry. And, if that doesn't work we will get NATO to bomb the hell out of you!”
One simple way to tell the white hats from the black hats in this World Scenario of today is to look and see whom the US and Israelis are bashing, poor mouthing, or planning "regime change" against. Anyone on their *hit-list must be doing the right thing!
Though it is most likely and true no real change can occur in the undeniable reality of the ruthless tyranny practiced on all Palestinians by Zionist Israel without US support, we think that the international community has the ability to pressure the United States. If Europe, Australia and Canada were to recognize Palestine and voice support for Palestinian human rights this would exert considerable pressure on the US to shift its position.
We also believe the Global Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions movement is playing a major part in spreading awareness and exerting public pressure on Israel and activists respective governments.
In general when discussing Israel/Palestine opponents of Israel tend to rely on humanitarian arguments, all of which are legitimate, but tend not to directly confront the bogus security/national interests arguments put forward by Zionists e.g. the 'War on Terror'. We must aim to confront these myths.
It is my contention that the situation described in most of what we see today describes the nature of the cancer which corrupts and is killing peace in the Middle East. Walls, Wars, Political Parties, Treaties, Road Maps, Plans, petty wars, and pretences of War, Assassinations, bombings and kidnappings, Military actions, and "historical" arguments are all merely manifestations of the symptoms of the cancer, the bursting boils and pustules, if you like! And that, until the source of the illness is recognized, diagnosed, and treated, that all the Band-Aids, punditry, bullshit, conferences, hearings, Summits and Tours of Heads of State and other important trollops,liars and deceivers, Band-Aids, are not going to cure a damned thing.
Every written analyses, description, plaint, complaint, plan, solution, or pitiful lament, must come to grips with this major issue, open the wound for inspection, show it to the public for what it is, and demand action which bears directly on the problem, not on its peripheral fallout. Treat the disease, not the dandruff!
Otherwise, we will go around and around, in ever tightening circles, much as Zionist Israel has intended, and led, us to do these past decades and centuries.
