He has taken the time to draw it all together, leaving out very little of a long, complicated and confusing story and presenting a lot of words in good, simple English, organized and laid out in digestible bits by bits easily chewable and digestible for a great many of those still disbelieving Americans.

 

 

Compartmentalized, or segmented as it is, it also makes a good research tool for developing further work along these lines and as a tactical tool for pressing these arguments, as well as a tactical weapon for deployment in support of teaching and learning of the uninitiated.

Enver Masud, an engineer, served as Acting Chief of the Strategic and Emergency Planning Branch at the U.S. Department of Energy, set up and directed the Operations Review Division at the Iowa Commerce Commission, and has consulted for the U.S. Agency for International Development and the World Bank in Indonesia, Pakistan, Russia.
