Palestinian civil society has called on Elton John to respect their boycott
call and cancel his June 17th concert in Tel Aviv. If he does so, he’ll be
joining Santana and Gil-Scott Heron, who recently cancelled their spring
concerts in Israel. This video suggests six reasons why Elton should join
the BDS (boycott, divestment, sanctions) movement.

Wow: Goose-bumps time! Great video…I wrote to Sir Elton some time ago, begging him to cancel the June concert. He hasn’t answered me. Perhaps this visual and audio marvel will turn the tide and cause him to see the light…to suffer vicariously with the endlessly beleaguered Palestinians…to just say NO to Zionism’s criminal psychosis.

Its been such a long road of suffering for the Palestinian people. For so long they had nobody to speak on their behalf in the far away parts of the world where the decisions were made that caused their suffering. To see so many people from so many diverse backgrounds now seeing the reality (Apartheid and crimes against humanity) is so deeply moving.

Truly this is historic and reminiscent of the struggles of blacks against Apartheid in South Africa, the United States and other parts of the world.

I’m so happy to finally see light at the end of this tunnel. They may finally see justice in our lifetimes. Khalid Yusuf from Pakistan
